Why can't I play in Landscape/Portrait?

The ability to switch between landscape and portrait mode is not available on all devices. To see if it's available on yours, click the pause button in your game. On the menu that loads, look in the upper left hand corner. If you see an icon of a phone displayed in portrait and landscape, click on that to switch between the two. If you don't see the option there, it's not available for your device at this time.
