I'm switching phones, how do I save my game's progress? How do I play my game on my different devices?

Before you move to your new device, you can back up your game's progress by connecting Facebook in the game.

Here's how to do it:

1) Connect to Wifi (sometimes the data connection is not strong enough, so you must use Wifi for positive results)

2) Tap on the three-wheeler located to the right of Ted's head

3) Follow the directions to connect Facebook

Once you have the connection, if you move to a new device, you'll start from scratch when you install the game, but once you connect Facebook in the game, you will be automatically taken to your most advanced saved game.

Please note, the game's progress is backed up via Facebook Connection, not Google Play Games or Game Center. Only the achievements are backed up through your Google Play Games ID/Game Center ID.

Progress can only be transferred from iOS device to iOS device or Android to Android. It is not possible to transfer progress cross-platform iOS --> Android or Android --> iOS.

Unfortunately, if you were not previously connecting through Facebook in the game before your game reset or you uninstalled it, you won’t be able to restore the progress.

Unfortunately, if there is a local block put in place in your geographic area, or due to your age, we are unable to assist with removing that block as that block was put in place by Facebook. Sorry for any inconvenience caused!
