I’m not able to connect Facebook in the game. Help!

If the data connection is not strong enough, you will get an error that you can’t connect. 

Please follow these steps:

1) Connect to Wifi (sometimes the data connection is not strong enough, so you must use Wifi for positive results)

2) Tap on the three wheeler located to the right of Ted's head

3) Follow the directions to connect on Facebook

Unfortunately, if there is a local block put in place in your geographic area, or due to your age, we are unable to assist with removing that block as that block was put in place by Facebook.
