Help! My game reset!

I’m really sorry to hear that happened in your game!

Before your game reset, were you connected through Facebook in the game? If you were, please take the steps to reconnect:

 1) Connect to Wifi (sometimes the data connection is not strong enough, so you must use Wifi for positive results)

2) Tap on the three wheeler located to the right of Ted's head

3) Follow the directions to connect on Facebook 

If you have taken those steps and your previous progress has not restored, please read below:

Please load your game, click the pause button, and select Feedback to send an email to our support team. Please let them know the approximate date/time the reset happened.

If you were not connected through Facebook in the game before the reset happened:

Unfortunately, the game's progress is linked to the Facebook Connection and not your Google Play Games ID or Game Center ID. If you were not connected through Facebook before the game reset, we won't be able to restore the progress. Please still contact our support team by clicking the pause button in the game and selecting Feedback. Let them know the approximate date/time that the reset occurred.
