How do I get the grinder?

Once you have access to the RV, keep an eye out for Kim the Call Girl (level 26) to really get things “rolling”. Just click on her at the door, look for the item in the bottom left of the deal screen, click and follow instructions to purchase. Once you have the grinder you can start making your own blunts.
