How do I gain respect in the RV?

The RV meter is the same across the gym, the locker room, and the RV. However, for some clients, if they have lost all respect for you, you may have to go back to the gym or locker room to boost respect with them in order to do deals again. For the RV-only clients, if you've lost all respect with them, check if they have an item for sale, that will often boost respect and get you out of the no deal zone.
