Where is the Pacific Wallpaper? I don't see it in the store.

Apologies for any confusion. The Pacific Wallpaper can be found under the "Customize" tab in the shop. It's labeled as just "Wallpaper" and has peace (or Pacific) signs on it. That's the one you're looking for to complete that task in the game.
